RESOLUTION AMENDING PREVIOUS RESOLUTION ADOPTING DETERMINATION OF
NON-SIGNIFICANCE OF ROAD DEDICATION
RESOLUTION NO. 207,
Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who moved
for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury previously passed
Resolution NO. 167, 1991, determining that the dedication of Cedar
Court will not have a significant impact on the environment, and
WHEREAS, the Short Environmental Assessment Form attached to said
Resolution was not fully completed, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of
amending said Resolution NO. 167, 1991, to the extent that the
Short Environmental Assessment Form is completed as presented at
this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, hereby
amends Resolution No. 167, 1991, and, after so amending and
considering the action proposed, including a review of completed
Environmental Assessment Form, confirms that the proposed responses
are inserted in Part II of the said Environmental Assessment Form,
which responses are satisfactory and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to complete
Part III of said Environmental Assessment Form and the Town Clerk
is hereby authorized to file the Negative Declaration per the
requirements of Resolution NO. 167, 1991, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 168, 1991, accepting dedication of
Cedar Court is hereby readopted and ratified.
