RESOLUTION NO. 252, 1991
, Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby notes that it is not the
intent of the Town Board to consider as a dumpsters those
containers that are only to be used for recyclables.
Duly adopted this 6th day of May, 1991, by the following vote:
