The board convened at 9:00 A.M.
The geveral officers presented their books and dockets and other papers
for examination and audit.
The board proceeded to examine and audit the books and records of the
Supervisor, dockets of the Justices of the Peace and the records of the
Superintendent of Highways and Town Clerk; and after such -examination
and audit, the following resolution was adopted:

Bentley:
WHEREAS, the Supervisor, Justices of the Peace, Superintendent
of Highways aAd Town Clerk have presented to the Town Board dockets,
cancelled checks, books , vouchers, minute books and other records for
examination and audit by the board,
Resolved ghat after such examination of such dockets, books vouch-
ers, checks, minute books so presented, the board finds that such books
84d records have been accurately kept and that all moneys coming into
the hands of several officers of the Town have been properly accounted
for and paid out accordin& to law.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes - Mr. Bentley, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Sleight and Mr. Harris.
Noes - none
Qsolntion No,7.2. introduced by Justice Sleight, seconded by Justice
Bentley:
WHEREAS there is an uxpended balance in excess of : 12,500 at the
close of the fiscal year in the General Town Fund;
Therefore be it resolved that the Supervisor be and is hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the said sum of $10,000 from said
General Town Fund to the capital reserve fund established pursuant to
section 6-C of General Municipal law by Resolution No. 57 adopted Oct.
5, 1946.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes - Mr. Bentley, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Sleight and Mr. Harris.
