RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IF NECESSARY AN INCREASE IN THE EXPENDITURE
FOR THE HAZARDOUS WASTE DAY
RESOLUTION NO. 281,
Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who moved for
its adoption, seconded by Mr. George Kurosaka:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes James Coughlin,
working closely with the Laidlaw Representatives this Saturday at
the Cleanup Day to be able to authorize them to go up to a $25,000
maximum being careful that we monitor their numbers and cross
checked and count and so forth, to come from the appropriate budget
line in the landfill account, and be it further
RESOLVED, if necessary the Board agrees to add an additional
$5,000. from the Landfill fund balance to the specified line in the
Landfill Account so that this bill can be paid.
Duly adopted this 9th day of May, 1991, by the following vote:
