An investigation after a "heads up" by a Code Enforcement Officer, revealed a seawall
was being demolished and replaced with large boulders and smaller boulders at the
base of the wall. Photos were taken as evidence. Two NYS DEC Officers were also on
the site (Louis Gerrain and Lt. Robert Henke). Mr. Taylor was issued a ticket (by the
DEC) for his actions, and the DEC will continue with all future enforcement action.
