Dear Ms. Gallagher:
In regards to your foil request for records on the Ron Taylor seawall case – parcel 227.17-1-28 –
the only records we have are the photos taken by our Code Enforcement Officer. He responded
to a code enforcement complaint at that location and took these photos. DEC officers arrived on
the scene and took over jurisdiction at that time so no further action was taken on the part of
Town of Queensbury.
