RESOLUTION TO APPOINT MEMBER TO ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
RESOLUTION NO. 293, 1991,
Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Betty Monahan:
WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has previously established the
Zoning Board of Appeals,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
appoints Mr. Theodore Turner to serve as a member of the Zoning
Board of Appeals, said term to expire on May 17, 1996, and further
designates Mr. Turner to serve as Chairman of the Queensbury Zoning
Board of Appeals, pursuant to Town Law Section 267.
Duly adopted this 13th day of May, 1991, by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr.
