RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING DISCLOSURE AND AUTHORIZATION HIRING FOR
SUMMER EMPLOYMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 373, 1991,
Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. George Kurosaka:
WHEREAS, Rodney G. Mosher, Superintendent of Town of Queensbury
Cemetery has written the Twon Boad of the Two of Queensbury and
disclosed that the department is considering the hiring of Michael
D. Mosher in a relationship to him as son for full time summer
employment with the department and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
acknowledges the disclosure statement, hereby indicates that it has
no ojbection to the retaining of Michael D. Mosher and in fact
further authoirzes the retaining of said Michael D. Mosher as
temporary laborer for the Cemetery Department.
Duly adopted this 24th day of June, 1991 by the following vote:
