RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISPOSAL OF TRANQUILIZER GUN
RESOLUTION NO. 382, 1991,
Introduced by Mr. George Kurosaka who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
WHEREAS, the Dog Control Officer for the Town of Queensbury has
requested permission to transfer one defective 1973 CO2 operated
projector tranquilizer gun serial number R855 from the Queensbury
inventory to the City of Glens Falls Animal Control Officer
inventory, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous of
transferring said tranquilizer gun,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby grants
permission to the Dog Control Officer to transfer said tranquilizer
gun to the City of Glens Falls Animal Control Officer inventory and
have the alkaloids associated with this equipment received and
burned at the Glens Falls Animal Hospital.
