RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT
RESOLUTION NO. 386, 1991,
Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
WHEREAS, Paul H. Naylor, Highway Superintendent, has recommended
installation of a dry well and leach area on property owned by
Frances Sullivan and Ann R. Sullivan, in order to facilitate
surface water run-off from Glen Lake Road, and
WHEREAS, in order to install the aforementioned items, it was
necessary for the Town to enter into a certain Drainage Easement
with the aforementioned owners upon whose property the items are to
be located, and
WHEREAS, the form of said Drainage Easement has been reviewed and
approved by Karla M. Corpus, Deputy Town Attorney of the Town of
Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that said Drainage Easement is hereby accepted and
approved and that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to
execute, sign and affix the Town seal to any and all documents
necessary to complete the transaction, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause said easement to be recorded in the Warren County Clerk's
Office, after which it shall be filed and maintained in the office
of the Town Clerk of the Town of Queensbury.
