RESOLUTION TO REQUEST DEC COMMISSIONER TO DESIGNATE LEAD AGENT
RESOLUTION 393, 1991,
Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who moved
for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
requests the DEC Commissioner to make the decision as to Lead Agent
in the Diehl Rezoning request.
