RESOLUTION REQUESTING LOWER SPEED LIMIT
RESOLUTION NO. 430, 1991,
Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized to execute
any forms that may be necessary and request the County to request
D.O.T. to review the Queen Victoria Grant Subdivision and determine
whether or not it would be possible to lower the speed limit to
25mph.
