RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BID OF GAS VENTING MATERIALS
RESOLUTION NO. 431, 1991,
Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza:
The Supervisor called for a resolution to forward to bid the
specifications for Gas Venting Material for the Landfill with the
usual and associated bidding information, and Councilwoman Monahan
requested that the Town Attorney make sure that the proper
insurance requirement etc. were included in the bidding documents.
Duly adopted this 5th day of August, 1991, by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr.
Borgos
