RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF CERTAIN MATERIALS FOR USE AT THE
QUEENSBURY/GLENS FALLS LANDFILL CLOSURE PROJECT
RESOLUTION NO. 433, 1991,
Introduced by Mr. Ronald Montesi who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes to rent and or
purchase as appropriate the items mentioned in a letter from
Laverne Fagel dated August 5, 1991 in an amount not to exceed
$5,000. and with the further understanding that the Supervisor will
contact the County Superintendent of the D.P.W. and attempt to
borrow or rent a construction trailer from the County.
Duly adopted this 5th day of August, 1991, by the following vote:
