RESOLUTION REGARDING CHANGE OF POLLING PLACE
RESOLUTION NO. 401, 1991,
Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. George Kurosaka:
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution no. 257, 1991, dated May 6, 1991,
the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, designated the polling
places in each election district in which elections and
registrations may be held in the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to change the location of one of the
said districts,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
amends the location of ward/ed.: 3/1 from the Queensbury Central
Firehouse to the West Mountain Community Church, Butler Pond, for
the year 1991 only, such location being accessible to the
Physically Handicapped, pursuant to Article 4-104-1-a of the
Election Law unless otherwise noted, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Warren
County Board of Elections.

Borgos
