RESOLUTION REGARDING COURT ACTION-FLYNN
RESOLUTION NO. 458, 1991,
Introduced by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza who
moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Ronald Montesi:
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has reviewed with
the Town Attorney the Flynn property off of Glen Lake
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to draft a complaint alleging a zoning violation to be filed in
supreme court and the Town Supervisor is hereby authorized and
directed to verify any of the pleading that may be necessary in the
action and to commence the action and the Town Attorney is hereby
further authorized to expend the funds necessary to file the action
in courtand arrange for service of a summons and complaint
against the Flynn's.
