RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS FOR
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR QUEENSBURY SENIOR CITIZENS

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of advertising for bids for transportation services for the senior
citizens in the Town of Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, a proposed advertisement and specifications have been
drafted and presented to the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the advertisement of bids for transportation services
for senior citizens in the Town of Queensbury in accordance with
the advertisement and specifications presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the advertisement for bids shall be advertised
in the official newspaper of the Town of Queensbury not later than
November 25, 1991 and the bids shall be opened on December 16th,
1991, with the same to be considered at the Town Board Meeting on
December 16th, 1991 and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that in the event that it desires to exercise the
option, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury reserves the right
to reject all bids.
Duly adopted this 18th day of November, 1991, by the following
vote:
