RESOLUTION REGARDING DISCONTINUANCE OF ACTION
RESOLUTION NO. 722, 1991

WHEREAS, Northway Plaza instituted an action against the Town of
Queensbury and the Pyramid Mall and
WHEREAS, the Town Attorney has advised the Town Board that he has
received notification that Northway Plaza is willing to discontinue
that action
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby indicates
that the Town Attorney is authorized to discontinue that action so
long as the zoning district stays in effect as it was originally
adopted and also provided further the Town of Queensbury does not
pay any funds to settle that case.
Duly adopted this 30th day of December, 1991, by the following
vote:
AYES: Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr.
Borgos
