RESOLUTION AMENDING 1991 BUDGET

WHEREAS, there is a reduced need in the Highway Department for
General Fund monies, and there are increased revenues in the
Highway Fund resulting from work performed for Town projects, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Accounting Services and the Chief
Fiscal Officer have recommended and approved of budget amendments,
because of said reduced need and increased revenues,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves, authorize, and directs that the 1991 Budget be amended as
follows:
1) Decrease appropriations in General Fund Account #001-
9901-9004 (Transfer to Highway) from the amount of
$1,425,000.00 to $1,000.000.00;
2) Decrease Appropriated Fund Balance in the General Fund
by the amount of $425,000.00;
3) Decrease Estimated Revenues in Highway Fund Account
#004-004-5031 (Interfund Transfer) from $1,425,000.00 to
$1,000,000.00;
4) Increase Estimated Revenues in Highway Fund Account
#004-004-2801 (Interfund Revenues) by the amount of
$425,000.00.
Duly adopted this 16th day of December, 1991, by the following
vote:
