RESOLUTION AMENDING 1991 BUDGET
RESOLUTION NO.: 676, 1991

WHEREAS, there is ongoing work on the Landfill Closure
Project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Accounting Services has recommended a
transfer of funds to amend the budget, due to the said ongoing
work, and the Chief Fiscal Officer has approved of said transfer of
funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
approves, authorizes, and directs that the 1991 Budget be amended
by means of the following transfer:

(Fund #92)
Duly adopted this 16th day of December, 1991, by the following
