RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOINT APPLICATION
REGARDING BAY ROAD WATER DISTRICT EXTENSION NO. 1

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, it is necessary to complete and file an
application for Public Water Supply Permit and a joint application
for permit with the Department of Environmental Conservation and
Department of Health for the Bay Road Water District No. 1, an
extension of the Queensbury Consolidated Water District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor of the Town of Queensbury to
complete, sign and execute the aforesaid applications on behalf of
the Town of Queensbury, the Queensbury Consolidated Water District,
and the Bay Road Water District Extension No. 1, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor of the Town of
Queensbury is hereby authorized to execute any other forms or
applications that may be necessary to secure the necessary permits,
including, but not limited to, any Environmental Assessment Forms
or other forms required by the State Environmental Quality Review
Act.
