RESOLUTION TO APPOINT REGISTRAR OF VITAL STATISTICS
AND RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER
RESOLUTION NO. 19, 1992
, Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who moved
for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Nick Caimano:
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 4121, Subdivision 3(A) of the
Public Health Law of the State of New York, Miss Darleen M. Dougher
be and she hereby is appointed Registrar of Vital Statistics and
Records Access Officer, to serve at the pleasure of the Board.
Duly adopted this 1st day of January, 1992, by the following vote:
