RESOLUTION NO. 61, 1992

RESOLVED, that the Town of Queensbury has previously established
the position of Wastewater Director, and now has decided to appoint
Michael Shaw to that position effective January 1, 1992 at an
annual salary of $36,000 to be paid from the Quaker Road Sewer
Operation Fund #32.
