WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION

RESOLVED, that the Town Board after reviewing the reasons
supporting the negative determination as well as the proposed
responses for Part II of the Environmental Assessment Form hereby
directs that the same be come part of the original Environmental
Assessment Form and Negative Declaration on file with the Town
Clerk, said information to be type in by either the Town Clerk or
Town Attorney's Office.
