TRANSFER GAINS TAX AFFIDAVIT FOR DOYLE PROPERTY PURCHASE

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board, pursuant to a contract,
purchased certain real property on December 31, 1991, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to file a Real Property
Transfer Tax Affidavit when filing the Deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town
Supervisor to sign the same.
Duly adopted this 3rd day of February, 1992, by the
following vote:
AYES: Mr. Nick Caimano, Mr. Tucker, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Brandt
