RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TOWN BOARD'S ACCEPTANCE
OF CHECK FOR DAMAGES TO TOWN-OWNED MOTOR VEHICLE

WHEREAS, an Automobile Loss Report was filed with Cool
Insuring Agency, Inc. for damages to a Town-owned vehicle, and
WHEREAS, a check in the amount of $301.81 has been
offered by The Travelers Insurance Company to cover repairs to be
performed by Top of the World Auto Body,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby authorizes the acceptance of a check from The Travelers
Insurance Companies in the amount of $301.81 for the damages.
Duly adopted this 10th day of February, 1992, by the following
vote:
