RESOLUTION REGARDING ESTABLISHMENT OF PETTY CASH
FUND FOR QUEENSBURY/GLENS FALLS JOINT LANDFILL

WHEREAS, the Superintendent for the Queensbury/Glens
Falls Joint Landfill has requested the establishment of a petty
cash fund, not to be spent, but for use by the Landfill employees
to make change for customers coming through the Queensbury/Glens
Falls Joint Landfill, and
WHEREAS, such petty cash funds are provided for under
§ 64 of the Town Law,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that a petty cash fund in the amount of
$25.00, in the form of twenty-five $1.00 bills, is established for
the Queensbury/Glens Falls Joint Landfill for the purpose of making
change at the Landfill.
Duly adopted this 10th day of February, 1992, by the
following vote:
