RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RIST-FROST ASSOCIATES, P.C. TO COMPLETE
PLANS AND SURVEYING FOR REPAIR WORK ON GARNER STREET
RESOLUTION NO. 133, 92
, Introduced by Mr. Pliney Tucker who moved
for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Michel Brandt.
WHEREAS, Rist-Frost Associates, P.C. performed certain
engineering work during 1991 with regard to a proposed plan to
address drainage concerns on Garner Street in the Town of
Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Highway Superintendent has advised that
certain additional engineering work is needed in the approximate
amount of $300.00 to $400.00 to complete the plans for drainage
improvements for the Garner Street area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the further expenditure in an amount not to exceed
$300.00 to $400.00 to complete the drainage plans for the Garner
Street area, and further authorizes the Highway Superintendent to
contact Rist-Frost Associates, P.C. to arrange for the completion
of the work, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the cost for the engineering services shall be
paid for from Account No.: 01-1440-4403.
