WHEREAS there has been organized in the Jest Glens Falls Fire Co. No. 1, Inc. , a fire police squad pursuant to the provisions of section 209C of the General Municipal Law, comprising the following members of such company: Joseph Vaughn., Rae S. Hopkins, James S. Duell, Arthur Clary, Wayne S. Herald, Arthur LaCross , George Gilbert , Fred Fisher and Harold Akins.. . Be it resolved that Raymond Hoag, a volunteer fireman of the West Glens. Falls Fire. Co. No. 1 Inc,. , be and is hereby appointed. a member of such fire police squad of such company and as a member of such fire police squad at such times asthe said company is on duty, he shall have the powers and render service as a peace officer.
