. WHEREAS there has been organized in the Jest Glens Falls Fire Co.
No. 1, Inc. , a fire police squad pursuant to the provisions of section
209C of the General Municipal Law, comprising the following members of
such company: Joseph Vaughn., Rae S. Hopkins, James S. Duell, Arthur
Clary, Wayne S. Herald, Arthur LaCross , George Gilbert , Fred Fisher
and Harold Akins..
. Be it resolved that Raymond Hoag, a volunteer fireman of the West
Glens. Falls Fire. Co. No. 1 Inc,. , be and is hereby appointed. a member of
such fire police squad of such company and as a member of such fire police
squad at such times asthe said company is on duty, he shall have the
powers and render service as a peace officer.

Resolution No. 81 introduced by Justice Sleight, seconded by Councilman

Resolved that there shall be transferred from the contingent fund
the amounts and to the items of the general fund as follows : ;
$55.00 to Town Dump item
$254.90 to the insurance item.

Resolved that the following be and are hereby appointed a temporary
planning committee to study and report on a building and zoning code for
the Town of Queensbury; Charles Jaeckel, W illiam. Perry, Lester Baird,
E.C. Martin, Dean Howland, Sidney Van Dusen, Leon Nassivera, Louis Carter
and Alger- Mason to' serve without compensation.

Frank Cowles cementery commisioner discused with the board cementery
matters and reported that the ceiling in Vault had ben painted and
comminsor had ordeded,.

Privilege of the floor was extended to Mr, reward Thomson who
discusediwithe the board the drainage of the Thomson track by
hooking on to city surface drain the matter was refered to the
Highway Committee and the 'Town Superten&ent of Highways..

Last month you cut me short'. X30.00 on my bill as I tiaras looking it up
I see you did not pay for making out water bill now there is lots of
r work making out and I think that I should get paid for doing it $lo.00

ever since F-red Hovey dog bit me I cant walk like I use to,,and I did
not het anything from that as you members did not have me Insured now,
I think the p30..00 should be charge to the expenee acc,instead of the
Salary.that is what I have told,noir dont want want any trouble,but if
you d.ont nay it I ?Till see that can ddH about..
