Dear Ms. McBurnett,
Terracon was retained by Wal-Mart to provide Construction Materials Testing and Inspection
Services for the above referenced project. In this capacity, Terracon has issued periodic reports
related to the construction materials throughout the duration of the construction documenting
the testing and inspection results and findings. This letter has been prepared in accordance
with Section 1458 of the project specifications to inform Wal-Mart that the construction materials
requiring inspection and testing by Terracon are to the best of our knowledge in conformance
with the project's Contract Documents provided to Terracon.
To our knowledge no outstanding items exist related to the construction materials tested and
inspected by Terracon.
This letter is provided solely for the benefit for the above-listed client and does not impact in any
way the rights and obligations of third parties, including contractors and subcontractors who
may have provided the construction materials and/or construction work tested or inspected.
