A Whitestone representative arrived on-site to provide construction monitoring associated with site
development.
Whitestone Arrived on site today and met with Bob Major,of National Contractors LLC,and reviewed the
specifications and details for the structural steel building expansion and the new added structural steel.
Following the review of details this representative visually examined newly added structural steel for
compliance from Lines C.1 to R.1 and from Lines AA.5 to B.8. Structural steel columns were examined for
plumb at added column locations and structural steel bolted connections of column to rafter connections
were examined for final acceptance. All connections were found acceptable as per the manufacturer's
details and specifications. Additional joist reinforcement from Lines 10 to 11 for the new rooftop units were
visually inspected for welding compliance and the roof reinforcement was found acceptable and compliant to
all applicable codes and standards. Prior to departure from the site,the site representative and this
representative discussed the results of today's inspection,no deficiencies were found to note or report.
