WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board has received the Queensbury Zoning Board of
Appeals’ recommendation for its year 2007 officers, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to appoint the Chairman of the Town’s
Zoning Board of Appeals for 2007,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
Charles Abbate
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby appoints as Chairman
Charles McNulty
and hereby affirms the Zoning Board of Appeals’ appointments of as Vice
James Underwood
Chairman and as Secretary of the Town’s Zoning Board of Appeals for 2007.
