WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury previously established the Town of Queensbury Ethics
Board, and
WHEREAS, the terms of Ethics Board members Thomas Haley, Kathleen Irion and Richard
Merrill recently expired and these members have expressed interest in reappointment to the Board, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to reappoint these members,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby reappoints Thomas Haley, Kathleen
Irion and Richard Merrill to serve as members of the Queensbury Ethics Board until their terms expire
on December 31, 2010.
