RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN FISCAL MANAGER,
ACCOUNTANT AND DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
TO ATTEND MUNIS USER CONFERENCE

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury’s Fiscal Manager has requested Town Board
authorization to attend the MUNIS User Conference, along with the Accountant and Director of
Information Technology, in Boston, MA in September, 2007, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has authorized allocation of funds for conference expenses
within the Town’s 2007 budget, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Town Policy the Queensbury Town Board must
authorize out-of-state travel by Town employees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Fiscal
Manager, Accountant and Director of Information Technology to attend the MUNIS User

Conference to be held in Boston, MA from September 9 – 11, 2007, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the Town Fiscal
Manager, Accountant and Director of Information Technology at such conference are proper
Town charges and shall be paid for from the appropriate Town Account(s).
