RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.: 7,2007 REGARDING
AUTHORIZATION OF BANKING TRANSACTIONS AND INTERNET-
BASED BANKING SERVICES – CHANGE OF “BUDGET OFFICER”
REFERENCES TO “FISCAL MANAGER”

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 7,2007 the Queensbury Town Board authorized banking
transactions and internet-based banking services for the year 2007, and
WHEREAS, such Resolution contained references to the Town’s “Budget Officer” and since
that time, by Resolution No.: 69, 2007, the Town Board created the position of “Fiscal Manager” and
made an appointment to such position and the position of Budget Officer is not currently being filled at
the Town, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to amend Resolution No.: 7,2007 to accordingly change
all references of “Budget Officer” to “Fiscal Manager,”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby amends Resolution No.: 7,2007 such
that “Fiscal Manager,” shall be substituted therein for all references of “Budget Officer,” and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby affirms and ratifies Resolution No.: 7,2007 in all
other respects.
