Whitestone Associates, Inc. (Whitestone) is pleased to provide this construction summary letter for the
above referenced project. Whitestone performed Construction Phase Testing and Inspection (CPT&I)
services for the project from July 19, 2019 to September 13, 2019. The project consisted of renovations
to an existing vacant tenant space for an ALDI Supermarket.
During construction activities, Whitestone reviewed foundation subgrades, cast-in-place concrete
construction, and structural and cold-formed steel erection. Based on Whitestone’s observations and tests,
the structural elements of the project observed and tested by Whitestone have been completed in general
conformance with project requirements. Field and laboratory reports documenting Whitestone’s
observations and tests have been issued under a separate cover.
Statements regarding building construction are based on the results of Whitestone’s testing and observations
at specific times and locations. No warranty is provided. This letter does not alleviate the contractors
from their responsibilities to follow project specifications.
