Plan Review
The following comments are based on review of drawings:
• Sprinkler system plans required and NFPA 13 letter of compliance. FDC to
be 5" storz connection
• Knox Box required
• Fire alarm system plans shall be submitted , and need to include as a
minimum:
- Sprinkler monitoring
- Exterior strobe at FDC
• Verify fire extinguisher locations
• Function test all exit /EL fixtures
• Truss ID required
• Locks / Latches shall comply w/ Chapter 10 of the IFC. No key or thumb
turn devices accepted
• Carbon Monoxide detection required
• Verify aisles
• Verify storage
