Therefore be it resolved that the said resolution No. 8 and any other resolutions heretofore adopted refusing t6 issue permits or licenses to hold carnivals in the Town ©r ' Queensbury, be and the same are herebyllqapealed. i Futher resolved that that this resolution takes effect immediately.
