RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN OF QUEENSBURY’S INCLUSION
IN WARREN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS’
BIDDING PROCESS FOR 2007/2008 UNLEADED FUEL
AND HEATING FUEL

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 317,2006, the Queensbury Town Board authorized the Town
of Queensbury to be included in the Warren County Department of Public Works’ advertisement for
bids for 2006/2007 unleaded fuel and heating fuel, and
WHEREAS, the Town’s Purchasing Agent has advised that the Town has the opportunity to
again be part of Warren County’s bid process for the 2007/2008 term and has recommended that the
Town be part of such process, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board concurs with the Purchasing Agent’s recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the Town of Queensbury to
be included in the Warren County Department of Public Works’ advertisement for bids for 2007/2008
unleaded fuel and heating fuel, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Purchasing Agent to
notify and forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Warren County Department of Public
Works so that the Town of Queensbury may be included on such bids and take such other and further
action as may be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
