A Whitestone representative arrived on-site to provide construction monitoring associated with site
development.
Whitestone observed fill placement and compaction around the foundation walls at the front entrance of
the building. Fill placed consisted of on-site sand and compactive efforts were applied using a vibratory
plate compactor. Three soil density tests were taken in the area. Results obtained from in-place moisture-
density testing, performed in accordance with ASTM D6938 standards, indicated adequate soil compaction per
project specifications of at least 95 percent of the laboratory maximum dry density, as determined by the
Modified Proctor (ASTM D1557) value. Detailed compaction results are on the attached Report of Soil
Compaction.
