RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GIS ADMINISTRATOR TO ATTEND
NORTHEAST ARC GIS CONFERENCE

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury’s GIS Administrator has requested Town Board
authorization to attend the Northeast ARC GIS Conference in Burlington, Vermont from

November 5 – 7, 2007 at an estimated cost of $623.50, and
WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board previously authorized allocation of funds for
conference expenses within the Community Development Department’s 2007 Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes the GIS Administrator

to attend the Northeast ARC GIS Conference in Burlington, Vermont from November 5 – 7,
2007, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that estimated expenses in an amount not to exceed $623.50 incurred by the
GIS Administrator at the conference shall be deemed proper Town charges, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that such conference expenses shall be paid for from Account No.: 001-
1680-4090, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred at the conferences are
proper Town charges.
