NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF CHILDREN & FAMILY SERVICES

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury’s Fiscal Manager has advised the Town Board that the
Town is eligible to apply for reimbursement funds from the New York State Office of Children &
Family Services (NYS OCFS) relating to the support of the Warren County Youth Court, and
WHEREAS, the Town Fiscal Manager has requested Town Board authorization to prepare a
fund application in the amount of $5,000 or 33% of the total amount of support proposed for the
Warren County Youth Court in 2008,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes and directs the Town’s
Fiscal Manager to prepare the application for Youth Development/Delinquency Prevention Youth
Services Funds from the New York State Office of Children and Family Services and further authorizes
and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town Fiscal Manager to execute the funding application and
take any other action necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
