The following comments are based on review of the submitted plans:
1) Provide details on kitchens A,B,C
2) Fire Extinguisher locations to be discussed.
3) Locks /latches shall comply with the 2015 International Fire Code.
4) Carbon monoxide detection will be required Per NYS part 1228-
5) Provide sprinkler plans and calculations, FDC to be changed to a 5"
stortz connection. FDC signage required.
6). Provide exterior emergency lights, all exit/emergency light breakers to
be marked in electrical panel.
7) Provide fire alarm plans, including spec sheets for all devices.
8) Provide a Knox Box- location to be determined.
