Dear Mr. McCoola,
This letter is regarding the mechanical commissioning requirements for the recently
completed CWI renovation project. For this project existing roof top units were reused since
they were capable of sufficiently heating and cooling the renovated space.
The mechanical contractor for the project provided a balancing report for the existing RTU's
and all air flows are within acceptable limits of what was designed on the construction
drawings.
The existing RTU's are functioning as expected and providing proper heating and cooling
for the renovated space. The information submitted by the contractor fulfills our
requirements for commissioning. Let us know if any additional information is required for
this issue.
