REGULAR MEETING December 28th, 1940
At a regular meeting of the Town Board...'' the Town of
4ueensbury held on the above date at 4F-.'_5b 4M. at the Clerk's
Office the following members were present :
Jabez Ingalsbe, Supervisor
Charles Nobles, Justice of Peace
Meredith Bentley, Justice of Peace
Ralph Been, Justice of Peace
Bert D. Turner, Town Clerk
H. Russell Harris, Town Superintendent of Highways, also
present.
The Board proceededto examine and audit the docket's and
accounts of the Justice of Peace and the accounts and
books of the Supervisor, and at 12:00 recessed until 1:60
Afternoon session
Board reconvened at 1:OOP.M. all being present except
Curtis Lampson and continued the examination of the accounts,
dockets, and books of Justice of Peach and Supervisor and
on a motion adjourned to 9:00 P.M, on the 30th day of
December, 1940 for the purpose of continuing the audit
accounts and bboks.

At an adjourned meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
4ueensbury held on the above date at 9 :00 A,M, . at the
Clerk' s Office the following members were present :
Jabez Ingalsbe, Supervisor
Curtis Lampson, Councilman
Charles Nobles, Justice of Peace
Meredith Bentley, Justice of Peace
Ralph Been, Justice of Peace
Bert D. Turner, Town Clerk
H. Russell Harris , Town Superintendent of Highways, also
present.
The Board continued the examination of the accounts and
books of Justice of Peace and Supervisor.
Shortly after the session opened Mr. Ingalsbe was excused
on account of illness.
Board recessed at 12:00 until 1:00 P,M. at which time
the board reconvened and continued the examination and
audit.
The Clerk read applications from Ralph hill, Richard
Brayton and Robert LaPan for, position of Dog Enumerator.
The following resolution was proposed :

Mr. Nobles.
Pursuant to the Agriculture and Market Law Theresa Dimick
be and is hereby appointed Dog Enumerator for the Town of
4ueensbury for the year of 1941.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes- Mr. Lampson, Mr* Nobles , and Mr. Ingalsbe
Noes- Mr. Been and Mr, Bentley
