At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Queensbury, held on the above date at 7;30 P.M. at `the
Clerk's Office the Following menbers were present;

Minutes of Meeting held on Febrikary jo.," 1942 were "read and
. approved.
The Board generally discussed with the Town Superin4endent
of Highways and the County Superintendent of Highways the
allocation of moneys for highway purposes and the proposed
drainage of Garrison road.
Ur Francis MoGialey Attorney appeared for Lester btlanger
to request the board to take adequate measures to 4aih
Garrison Roadand/stated that in ass gRch the board` k# are
taken the matter in consideration wkink would d4arrect the
situation by laying a new pipe
Resolution #25 Introduced by Mr. Nobles, Seconded By Mr

It was resolved that there shall be expended on the
highways of: the Town of Q,usensbury for the purposes
hereinafter mentioned the following sums of money;

It is further resolved that the sum of $7304.69 shall be
plaood; in the reserve fund , Further Resolved that state aid
for .year of. 1842 is $3672.

It was resolved that Mr. Wallace Supt of the North Glens
Falls Water DIAtrict be and is hereby authorized to buy
5 Water meters from the South Glens Falls Water Dept, the
above meters not to exceed $11.00 each.
