The following comments are based on review of the submitted plans:
1) Fire Safety during demolition and construction shall comply with
Chapter 33 of the 2015 International Fire Code.
2) Locks / latches shall comply with the 2015 International Fire Code.
3) Provide NFPA 13 letter from sprinkler contractor.
4) Exit/Emergency lights appear adequate; all breakers shall be properly
labeled noting emergency light circuits. A function test will be required
prior to CO.
5) rify fire extinguisher locations.
