Due to the positioning of existing neighboring water supply wells it is our suggestion to construct the proposed wastewater absorption field in the northeast portion of the parcel. This postion will necessitate obtaining three setback variances—refer to Sheet W-5 for the delineation of those BOH variance requests. • Proposed Wastewater Improvements For The Bechard Residence 3 North Lane Sheet S-1 Cover Sheet Sheet S-2 Existing Conditions Sheet W-5 Wastewater Variance Plan Sheet W-6 Wastewater Details • Queensbury Board of Health Application for Septic Variance • Application Fee-$150 check I am available to meet with you and/or other Board members to further discuss this proposal prior to the public hearing.
