REGULAR MEETING March 23rd 1943
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of
Queensburyj held on the above date at the Clerk!s Office ,
at 7:30 P.M. , the following menbers were present; _ w

" Minutes of Meetings held on February 23rd 1943 and March 13th
were read and approved. _
The supervisor presented to the Board his statement of
moneys receilied and expended during the month of February
which was red to the Board and placed on file.
' The Board generally discussed with the Town Superintendent
of Higways the manner in wb moneys for Highway work
was to be expended and tbo-'I flowing resolution was
adopted.
Resolution No 13 Introduced by Justice Nobles, seconded
by Councilman Walkup,
It was resolved that the following amounts, be expended
for highway work for the year of 1943.
General repairs upon 95.84 miles of Highways an average
of $134. per mile- Total$12842.56;
For the completion of the Draina a of Garrison Road a
distance of 500 feet the sum of 1700.
That the sum of•$4605.80 shall be placed in the reserve z
fund;
Further revolved that the menbers of the Town Board
sign..*an agreement for the expenditures of Highway Moneys
with the Town Superintendent to that effect.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes- Mr Walkup, Ift Nobles, Mr. Sleight and Mr. Fowler
