hereby authorized to build an addition on the- rear of the
present cement bleak store house sixteen feat wide across the
rear of said building .of cinder block- aonstructiono Cost of
said construction to .be_ paid. for from the miscellaneous Fund.

.The: Supervisor presented vouchers, checks and reeords for
Audit.
The Town Superintendent of Highways presented his records
for audit.
The Board proceeded to audit, the record of the Supervisor,
Justice of the Peace and TQwn Superintendent of Highways at
at 12.00 O 'clock- No on rec"sed to 3.30 P.M.E.W.T.and at-Aift
P.M:,E.W.T. the Board reconevened and continued the examination
of said records. Cpon completion of the. examination of said
records the following resolution was adopted.

Whereas the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, Warren County
not at the Town Clerk's Office on the 29th day of December, 1943
pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law to audit the accounts
of the Supervisor and other Town Off ieers _and
Whereas the Books, vouchers, Checks and records of the Supervisor
Superintendent of Highways and Dockets of the Justices 96blbe and
pj*tght were presented to the Board for examination and the same
were examined by the Board,
Be it resolved that the Town Aoard reports that- the receipts
and disbursements of the several funds have been correctly made.

Whereas., pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law, all Towns
wgrs required to adopt the Budget-eyatea- for the Year beginning
January lat. 1943 and- approp iat ions have- been -nu de and money
raised in the Tax levy for all necessary funds for said Town
beginning January lst,1944.
Whereas there are unexpended Balasess in the General Town Fund
r of $69895971.
Therefore be it resolved that the said unexpended- balance of
#6 x898.71 of the General Town- fund be and ...the-same is hereby
tranfered to the Surplus Fund.

transfer from the Surplus account to Misael..lansous ItUd of the
